Pratham’s Second Chance Program, which empowers adults aged 25-35 to re-engage with education, has transformed its approach by integrating the Projects Capability of ELEVATE. This open-source tool helps educators plan and track progress while allowing learners to break down goals into manageable tasks. By offering flexible, personalized learning paths, the Projects Capability enhances teaching efficiency and learner engagement. Since its adoption, teachers have become more prepared, and learners have gained confidence in achieving their goals since now they have the agency to lead their own learning journeys. 

Karmayogi Bharat, is the National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building, is transforming civil servant training through the iGOT Karmayogi platform. To enhance user experience and drive continuous improvement, Karmayogi Bharat adopted ELEVATE’s ‘Observation’ capability to gather structured feedback from users. By integrating surveys and feedback forms, they captured insights on platform navigation, challenges,enabling data-driven enhancements. This user-centric approach ensures that training remains relevant, effective, and aligned with the goal of building a more capable and citizen-focused civil service.

Karmayogi Bharat, is the National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building, and aims at transforming civil servant training through the iGOT Karmayogi platform. Understanding the vital role of mentorship in skill development, the program integrated ELEVATE’s ‘Mentor’ capability to provide personalized, one-on-one guidance for civil servants. This feature connects mentees with experienced mentors based on specific goals, facilitating structured sessions focused on actionable insights, resource sharing, and progress tracking. By enabling meaningful interactions with senior and retired officials, the platform enhances competencies and strengthens the effectiveness of civil servants. ELEVATE remains a key enabler in advancing Karmayogi Bharat’s mission to create a civil service that is competent and efficient.

Tata STRIVE, a philanthropic initiative by Tata Group, is empowering youth from underprivileged communities by providing quality skill training and mentorship to help them succeed in their entrepreneurial journey. Tata STRIVE adopted the ‘Mentor’ building block of ELEVATE to address the need of capacity building through planned sessions and mentorships. By integrating this feature into their program, they were able to connect rural youth with experienced mentors from the corporate world.  The mentoring platform allowed the program manager to schedule one-on-one or group sessions based on the specific needs of each youth. This approach ensured that the rural youth had access to expert guidance tailored to their individual business goals. This powerful blend of skill development and  expert guidance enables youth to launch successful businesses, create local jobs, and fuel economic growth in their communities.

Aastrika, aims to improve maternal healthcare for women in remote villages of India. Partnering with the Government of Uttar Pradesh, Aastrika has adopted ELEVATE’s Observation capability to assess and enhance the competencies of ASHA (Accredited Social Health Activist) workers. Using observation forms and rubrics, the platform evaluates healthcare workers across key skills such as basic maternal care, delivery support, among others. Senior medical professionals conduct assessments, generating scores and insights that highlight strengths and areas for improvement.

These insights guide the design of targeted training and mentorship programs, empowering ASHA workers to deliver high-quality care. By addressing competency gaps, Aastrika strengthens healthcare delivery, ensuring better support for pregnant women in underserved and remote regions of India.
