Across Bihar, Karnataka, Odisha, and Nagaland, MItra is being used to capture diverse voices and experiences around children’s education and community-led improvement. Women Leaders use MItra during Chaupals and Chavadis to document the challenges, ideas, and solutions shared by parents and community members around education. School Leaders and Youth Leaders use guided conversations to reflect on their improvement projects, from identifying a challenge and taking action to the support they received and the changes they were able to bring about. MItra is also being used after Parent-Teacher Meetings to capture parents’ perspectives on their children’s learning, development, education, and future readiness.
